"I have been at this store a couple of times. Depending who is there it can be a good experience. My last time there I dealt with Greg. I needed a new helmet as my last one got stolen. I didnt have the funds so I told him my budget was $250. He immediately showed me a Shoie at $400. Told me to dig deeper. During our conversation a lady walks in looking for a Shoie and he immediately goes on to help her and now I'm left alone because I didnt have the money he wanted me to spend. Turns out she and I didnt buy anything and both just walked out. Never again. This guy is too rude. "

"Been riding for a long time and decided to finally get a full face helmet. The selection here is by far the best anywhere. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and not only show me that option but several others along with discussing pros and cons off all. Never really liked the way FF helmets fit but they helped find one that fits / feels great and is excellent quality. I’ve been to Cycle Gear several times now for various things and the whole staff is great every time. I actually had to return a pair of riding gloves once and they had me taken care of right away. I would highly recommend stopping by Cycle Gear before making any riding gear purchase anywhere else. "
